A free Vedic astrology tool built around one idea: get the mathematics right, explain it openly, and let people draw their own conclusions.
What KundliBook is
KundliBook generates your Kundli, your Vedic birth chart, from your date, time and place of birth, and lets you ask questions about it in plain language. It computes your Lagna, the placement of all nine grahas, your nakshatra and pada, your Vimshottari dasha timeline, and classical dosha checks. It works in English and Hindi, and it is free to use without an account.
Why we built it
Most free Kundli sites fall into one of two traps. Some are astronomically careless, using rounded birth times, unstated ayanamsas or present day timezone rules applied to births from decades ago, and quietly producing the wrong chart. Others are accurate enough but exist mainly to frighten you into buying a gemstone, a puja or a remedy for a dosha they have just told you about.
We wanted the opposite of both. A chart you can trust because the method is published and checkable, and a reading that treats you as an adult capable of hearing something without being sold a cure for it.
What makes it different
- The method is fully documented. We publish our ephemeris, ayanamsa, house system, node type and timezone handling, so you can compare our output against any other source and understand exactly why it differs.
- Birth time is handled properly. We apply the historical timezone and daylight saving rules in force on your birth date, which is the single most common source of wrong charts elsewhere.
- Hindi is a first class language here, not a machine translated afterthought. Every page, calculator and reading works fully in Hindi.
- There is nothing to buy. No gemstones, no remedies, no paid rituals, no consultation funnel.
Who is behind it
KundliBook is built and maintained by a small independent team. We are engineers rather than practising astrologers, and we would rather tell you that than imply otherwise. Our expertise is in getting the astronomy and the classical rules implemented correctly, which is why our methodology is published in full rather than described in vague terms.
The interpretive material draws on the significations found in classical Vedic literature. Where a tradition is contested, or where astrologers genuinely disagree, we would rather say so than pretend to a certainty nobody has.

- We will not make medical, legal or financial predictions, or suggest you delay professional help.
- We will not claim astrological credentials we do not have.
Your birth details
Your date, time and place of birth are personal information, and we treat them that way. We do not sell them and we do not share them with advertisers. If you use the site without an account, nothing is stored on our servers beyond what is needed to compute your chart during that session. Our privacy policy sets out the specifics.
